Beans and Feta for Lunch - Recipe

Ingredients
1cup green beans,lightly blanched
50g - 97% fat free, salt reduced ham,sliced
30g reduced fat feta
5-6 sliced cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon oliveoil
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Method
1.     Make dressing with oil, mustard and lemon juice.
2.     Mix salad ingredients and drizzle with dressing.
3.     Enjoy with small grain roll, 1 slice sourdough or a few Ryvita crackers.
