Also the girls I have trained with have been lovely and I enjoy working out
with each group.
I found each class to be motivating and while hesitant about the Wednesday
night class(as I didn't think my fitness was at a good enough level) I loved
the challenge each week to push myself, but was never made to feel
inadequate or unfit. I am very proud that my fitness has improved throughout
the term with the help of all the trainers at Urban Goddess.

Urban Goddess is about creating a comfortable and encouraging environment for women to make a positive impact on their health and fitness and overall well-being. We not only want you to enjoy life, but to also have a better quality of life that means having fun whilst exercising and meeting other like-minded women outdoors in the fresh air.
Beach Camp for Goddesses was established in 2004 and offers the longest standing and widest variety of outdoor group training for women in Cronulla. Throughout this time over 2000 goddesses have been trained by our qualified female personal trainers, so we understand what women want!
If you have any physical limitations, injuries or not feeling 100% on the day of your training session be sure to let us know. We understand someBODY’S have problems sometimes, so we will assist you by adjusting your workout accordingly.
If you can’t hop, skip or run we won’t make you!
Beach Camp for Goddesses Group Exercise Sessions
Beach Camp for Goddesses is about exercising outdoors and having some fun whilst getting fit at the same time. There are 4 x 8 week terms per year offering up to 10 sessions per week depending on the season from BeachFIT, BoxFIT, BodyFIT and StretchFIT. All sessions offer a different style of training to suit everyBODY and can be swapped around throughout the term to suit your physical needs and personal commitments. We just ask you to let us know when to expect you if it isn't your regular session time and that you complete all your sessions with in the term. This way you can enjoy attending your training sessions and not miss out on any sessions due to illness or other commitments and get value for money invested. We even add on a Week 9 Bonus-Catch Up Week for any missed sessions you need to catch up on FOC.

BoxFIT A medium impact 60-min boxing style workout combining cardio training, hand weights and exercise drills, completed with a stretching routine. No partner required.

BeachFIT A medium intensity 60-min interval style cardio session incorporating walk/run and exercise drills, followed by a hand weight session in the park and completed with a stretching routine.

BodyFIT A low impact 60-min barbell session in the park that strengthens and tones your entire body using adjustable weights and completed with a core strength and stretch routine.

StretchFIT A 60-min park session combining stretching, yoga and pilates techniques completed with a short meditation whilst watching the sunrise over Oak Park
3-Week Challenge
The Summer and Spring 3-Week Challenges are a great way to regain the motivation and focus on your health and fitness regime offering 7 sessions per week and held inbetween the 8-week training terms. |

SurfFIT for Goddesses
This 90-minute “SurfFIT for Goddesses” session is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels. Refer to the SurfFIT page for details and costs.
Note: SurfFIT and KayakFIT are separate programs from “Beach Camp for Goddesses” training programs and cannot be done on a casual basis. Missed sessions can ONLY be made up at Beach Camp Sessions due to costs involving hiring of equipment and minimum booking numbers. |
Fifty+FIT for Goddesses
A low impact 60-min session in the park that strengthens and tones the entire body for Women 50 plus. |
KayakFIT for Goddesses
This 90-minute “KayakFIT for Goddesses” session is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels. Refer to the KayakFIT page for details and costs. |
