Fifty+FIT for Goddesses – Outdoor Group Exercise for Women 50 plus

A low impact 60-min session in the park that strengthens and tones the entire body. Sessions will be of low intensity using weights, thera bands and light boxing exercise drills completed a gentle stretch routine.

BabyFIT for Goddesses is a total fitness program for new mums that they can do with their babies. It includes circuit style training all completed in the park whilst your babies are being minded in the shade near by.
