About KAYAKFIT

This 90-minute KayakFIT session is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels.

Your session will begin with a 30 minute Yoga/Stretch and Core Strength session using resistance bands followed by a 60 minute guided paddle in Gunnamatta Bay to the Port Hacking River.

KayakFIT for Goddesses is a perfect way to get fit, learn kayaking skills, meet like-minded women and have fun at the same time. An excellent low impact full body workout, great for toning up and strengthening your arms, abdominals and thighs. No previous kayaking experience is necessary as basic kayaking technique and safety are covered in the first session. You just need to be able to swim and be in reasonably good health.
