Welcome to Spring
Being fit and healthy takes a solid commitment. You need a daily dose of all the right things. Weight loss and fitness is a balance between smart exercise, lots of incidental activity and a consistent, healthy eating plan. Urban Goddess offers you all this. All YOU need to do is register for one of our ‘Group Training’ programs or 8-Week ‘Personal Training Body Challenge Programs’.

Sydney Running Festival
Come and join our group for the Sydney Running Festival on Sunday 20th September. This is a spectacular event and suited to all levels of fitness and falls right in the middle of the Spring 3-Week Challenge. Partners and children are welcome to join in on the fun too.
A bus will be taking anyone who is keen to join us leaving Cronulla at 6.30am and returning around mid-day. We are putting on a Champagne breakfast after at around 9.30am so you can rest relax and take in the view of the harbour. Cost for the bus will be $10.00pp
