About PADDLEBOARDFIT
This 90-minute Stand Up PaddleBoardFIT session is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels.
Your session will begin with a 30 minute Yoga/Stretch and
Core Strength session followed by a 60 minute guided Stand Up
PaddleBoard session in Gunnamatta Bay to the Port Hacking River.
PaddleBoardFIT for Goddesses sessions are a
perfect way to get fit, learn new paddling and balance skills, meet
like-minded women and have fun at the same time. An excellent low impact
full body workout, great for toning up and strengthening your arms,
abdominals and thighs. No experience is necessary as basic paddling technique and
safety are covered in the first session. You just need to be able to
swim and be in reasonably good health.
