Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice. Otherwise you will be charged for the 50% of your session fee unless we can fill your appointment time with another client on short notice. Cancelling within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur the full rate of your training session.
