Urban Goddess run group outdoor fitness classes with sessions located in Cronulla and catering to all fitness levels.

There are 4 terms per year. All terms run for 8 weeks with a bonus catch-up week 9 where you can attend as many sessions as you like to make up for any missed during the term.

All sessions offer a different style of training to suit everyBODY and can be swapped around throughout the term to suit your physical needs and personal commitments.

Payment is to be made in full before your first session commences. 

SESSION DESCRIPTIONS

BeachFIT

A medium intensity 60-min interval style cardio session incorporating walk/run and exercise drills, followed by a hand weight session in the park and completed with a stretching routine. ALL BEACHFIT CLASSES ARE HELD AT OAK PARK, CRONULLA

BodyFIT

A low impact 60-min barbell session in the park that strengthens and tones your entire body using adjustable weights and completed with a core strength and stretch routine. Kind of like a "pump" class with a view! ALL BODYFIT CLASSES ARE HELD AT OAK PARK, CRONULLA

BoxFIT

A medium impact 60-min boxing style workout combining cardio training, hand weights and exercise drills, completed with a stretching routine. No partner required. ALL BOXFIT CLASSES ARE HELD AT OAK PARK, CRONULLA

BoxFIT with BOYS

A mixed session with boys allowed! As with all sessions, you don't need to bring a partner, we'll match you with someone of similar experience. ALL BOXFIT CLASSES ARE HELD AT OAK PARK, CRONULLA

Indoor 10 Pass - ****NEW****

If you find it too cold to come out and play during Term 2 and 3, we are now offering an indoor training option at Fernwood Miranda (note: Miranda branch only). Simply purchase your Indoor 10 Pass from Urban Goddess, take your receipt along to Fernwood Miranda and you will be given a 10 visit pass.

MaxFIT

A high intensity, 60 minute session based on BeachFIT training, but super-charged! Get ready to push yourself to the next level of your fitness, and step outside of your comfort zone. You don't need to be MaxFIT to come to MaxFIT, but we do recommend some level of fitness for this session. All sessions will be designed so that you can work within your own level of fitness. We won't leave you behind! MAXFIT STARTS FROM WANDA BEACH, DON LUCAS RESERVE. MEET NEAR THE HELIPAD (THE BIG CIRCULAR PIECE OF CEMENT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GRASS)

WATER SPORTS (TERM 1 & 4 ONLY)

About SurfFIT

This 90-minute SurfFIT session is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels.
SurfFIT begins with a 20-minute yoga/stretch session on Wanda beach conducted by an Urban Goddess fitness instructor, followed by a 60-minute surfing lesson from your Level 1 Surf Coach on the beach and in the water at a ratio of 1:8.

SurfFIT is a perfect way to get fit, learn new skills, meet like-minded women and have fun at the same time. An excellent full body workout, great for toning up and strengthening your arms and upper body, abdominals and thighs. No previous surfing experience is necessary. You just need to be able to swim and be in reasonably good health.

Wetsuits and softboards for every lesson are supplied to make you time safe and enjoyable - all you have to do is be willing to learn and have some fun!
