Terms and Conditions
REFUNDS - ALL FITNESS PROGRAMS
Before you commit to the Term, please consider your work commitments, finances and other commitments. No refunds are given, however circumstances such as illness or injury will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis, (doctor's certificate required) and a credit considered for another Term. There are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS for our water sports due to the fact that all sessions have limited numbers and are pre-paid to a third party provider.
PAYMENTS
All payments must be made in full, prior to the commencement of the first session. Payments can be made via direct deposit or credit card online.
REGISTRATION & MISSED SESSIONS
All registrations are valid for a fixed 8 week period only (or 28 Days - for the 28 Day Challenge), running from the commencement date of the Term registered for.
If a session is missed, it can be made up at any time within the enrolled 8 week program or during the BONUS WEEK 9, subject to the availability of positions in our Beach Camp For Goddess sessions only. (note: there is no BONUS WEEK 9 in any of our water sports)
CANCELLATION POLICY - PERSONAL TRAINING
If
you need to cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice.
Otherwise you will be charged for the 50% of your session fee unless we
can fill your appointment time with another client on short notice.
Cancelling within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur the full rate of your training session.
PERSONAL RISK
There is always an element of risk associated with outdoor exercise. With professional trainers the risk of injury is minimised and in any event all our trainers are qualified to administer first aid. Urban Goddess accepts NO liability for any injuries you may sustain while participating in outdoor group fitness sessions. You will not be compensated for any expenses incurred as a result of any injury sustained, including but not limited to medical bills or earning capacity. You participate at your own risk.
As Urban Goddess does not own the premises which are used to conduct our fitness sessions and are not responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of these grounds, we therefore take no responsibility for any injury sustained during our sessions. If you feel unsafe at any time, we ask that you please cease participation immediately and notify the trainer.
Urban Goddess trainers are there to motivate and push you to achieve your desired results and fitness goals, however it is your responsibility to inform our trainers of any changes to your current health circumstances and to always work within your own capabilities. If you feel any extreme form of sickness, soreness or discomfort prior to, during or after attending one of our sessions we ask that you notify a trainer immediately and cease further exercise until medical clearance has been granted.
